Strategy Overview

If your PSA or data integration (such as IT Glue or Hudu) has IP restrictions, you'll need to allow the IP address for your Strategy Overview datacenter.

You can check which datacenter you're on under Settings &gt; General &gt; Company Information.

Note: All Strategy Overview integration traffic now comes from this single address per datacenter, including overnight syncs and anything triggered from inside the app. If you previously allowed a longer list of Strategy Overview addresses, those are no longer used. You can remove them, and nothing breaks if you leave them in place.
