Flexible Items: Unified, smarter PSA assets for your workspace

We’ve moved all assets from the legacy Assets part into the new Flexible Assets module & part, preserving all settings and history. Going forward, please use Flexible Assets for asset management.

Why we made this change

  • One unified module: Assets from all integrations now flow into a single, consistent module "Flexible Items".

  • More powerful filtering: Flexible Items supports richer, faster filters to help you find exactly what you need.

  • Connected to Assessments and AI: You can relate Flexible Assets to Assessment items. These assets then serve as a data source for the Ask Arya AI feature.

  • All Flexible Items go into new Flexible Roadmap and Budget together with Assessments and Plans.

Migration and rollout

  • Existing accounts: We carefully migrated your assets from the legacy module to Flexible Assets. New part labeled "Technology". All settings were preserved.

  • New accounts and new integrations: Accounts created or integrations enabled after November 1 will receive assets directly in Flexible Assets.

  • No action required for historical data: Your asset history remains intact and reportable.


What you need to do

  • Use Flexible Items Module and Part for all asset work going forward.

  • If you use "Budget" and "Roadmap" parts, please start using new parts "Flexible Budget" and 'Flexible Roadmap" as these parts can collect flexible items.

  • Relate Flexible Item groups to Assessment items to unlock richer reviews and feed Ask Arya with context.

  • Optional: you can delete old parts from the template.
