Adding related items to manual items coming soon in Release 9.0.0

  • Currently supports 1-to-1 connections (one assessment item to one Flexible Item group)

  • The system shows all available FI groups regardless of sync status

  • You can search FI groups by both label and group name

  • Click the assessment item in the Build mode or double-click in the Presentation mode
    System will show two sections:

    • Section 1: Regular assessment item information

    • Section 2: Related group data with relevant Flexible Items

Template Overview

A "Related Item" column appears in your Assessment template list

5 Advanced Features

Independent Filters

You can set up independent filters for related items:

  • Each assessment item can have different filters for the same Flexible Item group

  • Filter settings apply across all draft reports using the same template

  • Filters are inherited from the FI part when the connection is first created

Integration with AI Features

  • Related items provide additional context for AI-powered assessment features, helping the AI assistant make more informed evaluations based on your connected data.

6 Best Practices

  • Set up related items at the template level for consistency across reports

  • Use descriptive names for your Flexible Item groups

  • Regularly review and update your connections as your business processes evolve

  • Test connections in draft reports before finalizing templates

  • Related items significantly enhance your assessment capabilities by bringing relevant data directly into your evaluation process, making your assessments more comprehensive and data-driven.
