This guide covers the Kaseya-specific steps for creating API credentials and connecting to Strategy Overview. For the common setup steps that follow, see Configuring Your PSA Integration.
If your Kaseya environment requires IP whitelisting, add the Strategy Overview IPs before starting. See the IP Allow List article.

Once the integration is added, follow the common steps in Configuring Your PSA Integration to map types, statuses, and import your companies and configurations. Note that Kaseya does not support Markets sync.
Note on field mapping: If a field you need doesn't appear in the mapping dropdown, make sure you selected it in "Fields to download" first. You can also create custom fields in Kaseya if needed (Admin > MyCompany > Custom Fields > New) and select the module "Physical assets."
