What are the possible reasons if you don't see any assets

  1. Check that Assets are connected to your template:


    Settings - Configurations - Template Settings - Connect to Template:

  2. Make sure that Assets part is enabled for needed modes:
    ​
    Report - "Report settings" (Cog button) - Assets - Select:
    ​

3. Make sure there are no applied filters that can hide values in Assets part:

4. Make sure that there are some assets for your company were uploaded into SO:

Settings - Configurations - Assets

5. Make sure company is selected in Assets filter in Integration Settings:
