Strategy overview builds the Roadmap and Budget parts automatically from the Assessment. Plan, and Technology modules. To ensure your Recurring Costs show up appropriately you must add and populate certain columns within these modules.
Recurring Costs will not show up on your Roadmap or Budget without a Quantity, Recurring Cost, and Effective Date.

Recurring on Assessment
Go to Settings - Templates - Open template
Go to Assessment tab - Columns
Enable toggle button "Recurring"

Now all recurring fields are active and system will show them in reports depends on mode checkboxes:

Recurring on Flexible Items in the Technology Module:
Open Settings - Flexible Items
Go to Columns.
For each Flexible Item type you want to configure:β
Enable toggle button "Recurring"
Make sure that all recurring fields are enabled.
Recurring on Plans
Go to Settings - Plan Templates - Parts - Columns
Note these changes will apply to the Template only and thus only apply to new plans. Existing plans will need to be edited manually.
