System has 3 report types: Draft, Completed, Archived.

1 Draft

Editable version.

Report get "Draft" status by default always when user creates new report.

Only one draft for one client within a template is allowed.

Template changes can affect the Draft.

2 Completed

Not editable report version.

User can not convert completed to a draft.

If you need to change something in completed report, use the "New version" button - it will be full copy of last report by date.

Only four reports can be completed (older reports become Archived).
Template changes can not affect the Completed report.

3 Archived

When there are more then 4 completed reports they become Archived.

Template changes can not affect the Archived report.
