The Stack Module

Updated today

The Stack Module gives you a bird's-eye view of your Assessment data across all your clients. Instead of looking at one company at a time, the Stack shows aggregated information from every company's most recent completed Report, making it easy to spot trends and problem areas across your entire client base.

What the Stack shows

The Stack pulls Assessment data from the last completed Report for each company. Manually added Groups are not included, only data from your strategy template's Assessment Items.

Each row represents an Item Group from your template (e.g., Security, Backup, Network). The first row is always "ALL," which gives you the full picture across every group. Below that, each Group shows:

  • A line chart showing the frequency distribution of grades across all companies

  • Budget totals aggregated from all companies for the upcoming plan years

Drilling into the details

Click on any Item Group row to expand it and see the individual Items within that Group. Each Item shows a pie chart based on the weighted average of grades across all companies. Click on a segment of the pie chart to see which specific companies received that grade, along with their budget details.

This drill-down is powerful for identifying patterns. For example, you might notice that 60% of your clients have a poor grade on Endpoint Protection, which could inform a company-wide initiative or a targeted offering from your MSP.

Filters

Use the filters at the top of the Stack to narrow your view by Group, Market, Type, or other criteria. This lets you compare segments of your client base. For example, filter by a specific market vertical to see how your healthcare clients compare to your legal clients on security readiness.

Visibility

The Stack Module is available to Administrators and any users whose module settings include Stack access. External Users (client portal users) do not typically have access to the Stack, since it shows data across all companies.
