Key Features

  • Automatic Calculation: The age is calculated automatically based on your selected source date column

  • Real-time Updates: Age values update automatically as time passes

  • Sortable and Filterable: You can sort and filter by age just like any other column

  • Customizable per Group: Add the Age column to any Flexible Items group and choose the appropriate source date for each

Use Cases

  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Quickly identify assets approaching end-of-life

  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor asset ages for regulatory requirements

  • Budget Planning: Spot older assets that may need replacement soon

  • Warranty Management: Track asset ages against warranty periods

Important Notes

  • The Age column requires a date-type source column to function properly

  • If the source date field is empty for a specific item, the Age column will also be empty

  • You can add Age columns to any Flexible Items group, including PSA Assets, Data Configurations, and any other groups.
